Service Description
Professional photos of your athletes in competition. All useable images will be given to the players and their families for personal/non-commercial uses*** Programs may use the images for their social media, and program purposes.
Cancellation Policy
*Team/Program's/SID will be allowed to use the images for social media purposes and other needs. *Players and their families may have access to the images for personal/non-commercial purposes. *If a player/family wishes to use images of their player in any commercial use, the commercial entity must request, in writing, permission to use the respective images of the player seeking a commercial interest in the photos. All copyright of images are owned solely by Athletica Sports Media and material may not be reused, altered, edited, or changed in any fashion. *The cost for each sporting event is $125 for shooting the event. *A $200 fee will be assessed for editing of images taken throughout the duration of the time shooting. *Sporting events that require an overnight stay will be charged at a rate of $225/event. Multiple nights will incur the rate of the lodging accommodations. *Mileage to and from the event will also be charged to the program (exception will be a mileage charge will not be assessed to any collegiate sports team in Mankato, MN).
